To germinate Aloe Compressa Var. Purple seeds, start by filling a pot with well-draining soil mix. Scatter the seeds on the surface of the soil and cover with a thin layer of sand or grit. Water the soil lightly and place the pot in a warm, bright location with a temperature of around 70-85F. Keep the soil slightly moist and germination should occur in approximately 2-3 weeks. Once the seedlings have emerged, provide bright sunlight and reduce watering frequency to encourage root development.
