Dune Aloe: Dwarf Aloe, Sand Aloe, Aloe X 'Blue Elf'

Aloe thraskii seeds can be sown in the spring or summer seasons. Start by filling a seed tray or pot with a well-draining soil mix. The soil mix should consist of equal parts of sand, perlite, and peat moss. Water the soil mix to moisten it, but avoid making it waterlogged.

Place the seeds on top of the soil mix and press them gently into the soil using your fingers. Cover the seeds with a thin layer of sand or soil mix. Water the soil mix gently using a mist spray or a watering can with a fine spray attachment.

Place the seed tray or pot in a bright location with indirect sunlight. The ideal temperature for germination is between 70-75�F. Keep the soil mix moist by watering it gently every few days.

Germination may take anywhere from 2 to 4 weeks, depending on the temperature and other environmental factors. Once the seeds have germinated and grown to a height of around 1 inch, they can be transplanted into individual pots.
