For successful germination of Coleus scutellarioides 'blaze', it is recommended to start the seeds indoors 6-8 weeks before the last frost date. The seeds should be sown on the surface of a good quality seed starting mix and kept moist. It is important to provide bright, indirect light and maintain a warm temperature of around 70�F (21�C) for optimal germination.
