Germination of

Crassula capitella thyrsiflora

Red Flames Pagoda - Euphorbia leucocephala, Snowflake Bush, Pagoda Plant

Crassula capitella thyrsiflora

Crassula capitella thyrsiflora, also known as red pagoda, is a succulent plant with striking red and green foliage. To germinate Crassula capitella thyrsiflora seeds, start by preparing a well-draining soil mixture of cactus soil and perlite in equal parts. Sow the seeds on top of the soil mixture and press them down gently, but do not cover them with soil. Water the soil lightly and keep it moist but not waterlogged. Place the pot in a warm, bright location with indirect sunlight. Germination usually occurs within 2-4 weeks.

Some of plants may have very have specific germination requirements that may not be covered in these general instructions.

Many seeds require pre-treatment before sowing which we try to list here when we can, but this information may not be present here.  Germination times and germination temperatures are to be a guide only.  Many factors can DRASTICALLY affect this.

It's always a good idea to research the specific germination requirements from multiple sources for each plant before attempting to grow them from seed.
