Drosera capensis "Red-Leaf" seeds require a cool and moist environment for germination. They can be sown directly on a moistened, sterile seed-starting mix or on sphagnum moss. A plastic cover can be placed over the container to maintain a high level of humidity. The ideal temperature for germination is around 70�F (21�C). Germination can take up to several weeks or longer, so be patient.
