Sow Mammillaria spinosissima seeds in a cactus mix or well-draining soil. Plant the seeds on the surface of the soil and lightly press them in. Keep the soil consistently moist but not waterlogged. Maintain a temperature of around 70-80°F (21-27°C) and provide bright, indirect light. Germination typically takes several weeks to a few months.
