Staghorn Sumac: Velvet Sumac, Antler Sumac, Hairy Sumac, Red Velvet Sumac, Deerhorn Sumac
Staghorn sumac seeds should be soaked in warm water for 24 hours before planting. Sow the seeds in well-draining soil, covering them lightly. Keep the soil consistently moist and place the container in a warm, sunny location. Germination usually occurs within 2 to 4 weeks.
