GERMINATION METHOD (direct sow vs start indoors, etc.) Start indoors in flats or surface sow outdoors on a fine, firmed bed. PRE-TREATMENT (scarification / stratification / soaking, only if required) None. SOWING DEPTH Surface sow; press in. Do not bury. LIGHT REQUIREMENT (light/dark to germinate) Light required. TEMP RANGE 18–22°C (65–72°F). MOISTURE & MEDIUM Keep continuously moist; use a fine, well-drained medium. DAYS TO GERMINATE 10–21 days. NOTES (dormancy quirks, transplant tips, etc.) Avoid drying out. Transplant in small plugs once seedlings knit together.

Many seeds require pre-treatment before sowing which we try to list here when we can, but this information may not be present here.  Germination times and germination temperatures are to be a guide only.  Many factors can DRASTICALLY affect this.
