Germination of

Sedum adolphii

Golden Glow Sedum: Stonecrop, Sedum Golden Moss, Goldmoss Sedum, Gold Sedum

Sedum adolphii

Sedum adolphii: Sedum adolphii is a succulent that can be grown from seed. Start by filling a small pot with a well-draining soil mix, and sprinkle the seeds on top. Cover the seeds with a thin layer of soil, and water lightly. Place the pot in a warm, bright location, and keep the soil evenly moist. The seeds should germinate in 1-2 weeks, and once they have a few true leaves, they can be transplanted into individual pots.

Some of plants may have very have specific germination requirements that may not be covered in these general instructions.

Many seeds require pre-treatment before sowing which we try to list here when we can, but this information may not be present here.  Germination times and germination temperatures are to be a guide only.  Many factors can DRASTICALLY affect this.

It's always a good idea to research the specific germination requirements from multiple sources for each plant before attempting to grow them from seed.
