GERMINATION METHOD (direct sow vs start indoors, etc.) Start in pots/deep cells with an airy, free‑draining mix. Keep warm and evenly moist. PRE-TREATMENT (scarification / stratification / soaking, only if required) Scarify lightly and soak until seeds plump. SOWING DEPTH About 6 mm (¼ in.) deep. LIGHT REQUIREMENT (light/dark to germinate) No special requirement. TEMP RANGE Moderate warmth. MOISTURE & MEDIUM Keep evenly moist; do not allow drying. DAYS TO GERMINATE Usually several weeks. NOTES (dormancy quirks, transplant tips, etc.) Seed may not come true to “Alba.” Train early and transplant before roots circle.
