Listing is for 5 Seeds. Streaked Rattlepod is an upright flowering plant recognized for its showy blooms and inflated seed pods that rattle when dry. It forms a vertical accent in beds, with strong stems that hold flowers well above the foliage.
The plant prefers full sun and fast-draining soil, and it performs best without excessive fertilization. Consistent spacing and airflow help keep growth upright and reduce lodging.
Streaked Rattlepod is often used in seasonal displays and restoration-style plantings. Its dramatic seed pods add late-season interest even after flowering has finished.
